         You can also get insurance facility by linking Jan Dhan account with Aadhar card. The insurance is about Rs 1.3 lakh. If you have not linked Jan Dhan account with Aadhaar, you will not get this facility. When opening a Jan Dhan account, a debit card is issued to the customer.
